Uncovered Self-Glory in My Contributions to the World

Continuous hunger for  happiness
Scrupulous struggle for satisfaction
Rigorous running for     royal life
Strenuous suffering for  self-glory

I thought that is the purpose of life
I concluded those are synonyms for success

Endeavoring about endless desires
Moving towards materialistic matters
Drowning in popular beliefs
Relying on baseless practices

I thought most traveled path will be easy for me
I presumed that more assets will give me permanent pleasure

No time for smiling & human relationships
No time for fine arts, music, culture and heritage
No time for fulfilling my social responsibility
No time for building better world for future generations

I thought I have other important priorities 
I assumed that achieving more at any cost is must

Surprised about end results
Suffered with numerous health disorders
Confused with persisting stress
Puzzled about disappearing energies

My strong beliefs are shaken
My adamant arguments are broken

Started reading scriptures of salvation
Went around and met people with wisdom
Listened to the words of great leaders
Encompassed with humans known for exemplary values

Ultimately.....

Found happiness in helping others to smile and live
Discovered satisfaction in solving social challenges 
Located royal life in developing relationships with all living beings
Uncovered self-glory in my contributions to the world.
