Daily schedule to keep yourself active, energetic, positive and expressive

i.        Wake up between 5-6am and sleep between 9-10pm
ii.        Listen to good soothing, melodious music depending upon mood and time..keep collecting different variety of music and listen..
iii.        Eat at least some fruits and vegetables on daily basis like carrots, kheera, tomoto, papaya, guava, water melon, tharbooza, grapes, pomegranate, blackberry, pineapple, jackfruit, apple, banana etc.,
iv.        Eat at least some nuts on daily basis like ground nuts & badam (soaked for 5 hours), cashew, pista, anjeer, wallnuts, raisins,dates etc.,
v.        Drink 2 cups of grean tea, tulsi tea, herbal tea at 11am and 4pm
vi.        Drink coconut water, barley water, raagi ganji, oats ganji etc.,
vii.        Make curries by cooking in water/steam rather than in oil and ghee
viii.        Eat jowar, korralu, sajjalu, raagi, wheat ravva, handpound rice, dhalia etc., instead of polished rice
ix.        Make and eat sprouts by soaking seeds for 12 hours and by keeping them in cloth.
x.        Develop habit of watching classical dances, musical concerts, cultural live shows etc.,
xi.        Read poetry and practice writing poetry
xii.        Develop habit of gardening in your house and spend some time with plants and flowers
xiii.        Participate in laughing clubs and spend time with friends who can make you laugh with healthy humor.
xiv.        Visit to places of historical nature, go for cultural tours, watch forests, flowing rivers, mountains, clouds, waterfalls, birds, landscapes, sea beaches, flower gardens etc.,
xv.        Read biographies of great personalities
xvi.        Write down your life goals, divide them in to daily tasks and keep reviewing them
xvii.        Do at least one good work per day which will help others.
xviii.        Think and propose solutions to the problems related to community around you, volunteer your time and spend some time to take them forward and feel that social responsibility.
xix.        Eat your dinner before 7pm and take fruits or juices before going to bed.
xx.        Don't drink water during food consumption...and within 30 minutes after food.
xxi.        Don't drink coffee, tea mixed with milk (drinking black tea is ok)
xxii.        Avoid eating chocolates, sweets, foods fried in oils like bonda, wada, punugu, pakoda etc., they cause lot of damage to system
xxiii.        Avoid drinking sugared water, cool drinks, ice creams etc.,
xxiv.        Avoid non-vegetarian, biryani, foods with lot of oil and ghee
xxv.        Don’t watch movies with violence and without proper message
xxvi.        Don’t watch TV program which will not enhance your thinking, will power & knowledge..watch good programs..
xxvii.        Don’t take alcohol even it is offered for free
xxviii.        Avoid six S’s..Smoking, Spirits(alcohol), Sedentary Life(no exercise), Sugar, Salt and spicy & junk foods
xxix.        Don’t read unnecessary news articles which will not add any value to you.
xxx.        Avoid moving with people who are with negative attitude and complaining nature
